I got a little experience with this so I can tell you pretty specific - though not PERSONAL 1st hand experience. I've... observed it a time or fucking two.

Basically, I'd be all leaky. You rip the skin clean off without damaging the underlying fucking structures, most of the squishy bits'll stay in place okay if you don't jostle them. But infection is pretty much guaranteed to damn well set in and then there's pus.

Lots and lots of pus.
